Take a spring trip with the museum. We are ending spring break with a train ride! This will be a great family activity before the kids go back to school. Light refreshments will be available in the lobby, as well as, some activities for the kids. It is a great chance to see the model train layout by the Central Texas Area Model Railroaders (CentraMod).

Ticket holders will board the Amtrak train at 11:25am from the Santa Fe Depot and ride it to McGregor, Tx where we will disembark and return to the museum via bus. Tickets are available for all ages (2 years and older) Children under 2 years do not need a ticket as long as they are in an Adult lap.

Check- in will take place in the Museum lobby starting at 10:00am

CentraMod will have their spring layout in the lobby for viewing.

Activities and light refreshments will also be available to train riders.

Please understand that train delays are common so, please plan your day accordingly.
